Dr Udwadia feature in the New York Times

The 1st Indian patient to successfully undergo a lung transplant was Dr. Z F Udwadia’s patient

Dr. Udwadia’s work featured in Time Magazine’s cover story for March.

Involved in the Impulsis study (NEJM 2014) of the 1st novel ILD / IPF drug NINTEDANIB (one of only 3 Indian sites chosen). This drug reduced the decline in FVC by approximately 50% in patients on NINTEDANIB compared to placebo.
